Directions
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add tomatoes, vinegar, shallots, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes. Add scallops; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Toss with spaghetti and serve immediately.
