    Things To Grab

    • Rimmed baking pan
    • Parchment paper
    • Small microwave-safe bowl
    • Pastry bag
    • Small plate
    • 6 martini glasses

    Directions

    1. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange pretzels sticks about 3 inches apart in prepared pan.

    2. Microwave white chocolate melting wafers in small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH at 30-second intervals or until melted, stirring each time. Stir in enough drops of food coloring for desired shade of green.

    3.

Spoon melted mixture into a disposable pastry bag. Snip off tip of bag. Starting just above the end of one pretzel, pipe melted mixture in a zigzag pattern, back and forth across pretzel stick, to create a triangular Christmas tree shape. Sprinkle with rainbow nonpareils. Place a star-shaped sprinkle on the top of each tree. Repeat making 6 more trees. Refrigerate until set.

    4. Place green nonpareils on a small plate; set aside. Transfer marshmallow creme to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 45 to 60 seconds or until warm and just beginning to melt; stir. Dip rims of 6 martini glasses about ¼-in. into marshmallow creme to lightly coat. Immediately dip rims into green nonpareils. Stand glasses upright.

    5. Cut each brownie into 4 cubes. Place half the brownie cubes into prepared glasses. Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with a spoonful of marshmallow creme. Repeat layers with remaining brownie cubes, scoops of ice cream, and marshmallow creme. Top each with a mini Christmas tree. Serve immediately.
