¼ c. Hy-Vee original barbecue sauce | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder, optional |
Directions
- Brown pork chops on one side in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Combine barbecue sauce, Italian dressing and chili powder, if desired.
- Flip pork chops and evenly pour sauce on top. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
