|1 (2-1/2-oz.) pkg. Crockery Gourmet seasoning mix for pork
|1 (3-to-1/2-lb.) Hy-Vee True Duroc prok shoulder roast
|1 c. Fat Boy Haugwash BBQ sauce
|12 Hy-Vee Bakery cocktail buns, split
|Red onion, sliced, for serving
|Fresh jalapenos, sliced, for serving
|Fresh cilantro, if desired

Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 8 hours or until pork is fork-tender.
Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork using two forks. Reserve 3/4 cup cooking juices in slow cooker; discard remaining juices. Stir in barbecue sauce and shredded pork.
Serve in buns. Top with red onion strips, jalapenos, and cilantro, if desired.
