Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste
½ c. Hickory House barbecue sauce, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet and season pork chops with salt and black pepper. Spoon half the barbecue on top of each pork chop.
  3. Bake 20 minutes. Flip pork chops over and top with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake for 20 more minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 145 degrees. Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
