    2 tsp. ground chipotle chile
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    2 lbs. (51-60 ct) raw white tail-on shrimp
    2 tbsp. lime juice, divided
    1 (24 oz) jar Hy-Vee Select medium black bean and corn salsa
    ¼ c. chopped cilantro

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, toss together chipotle, garlic powder and shrimp.
    2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add shrimp. Sauté 3 minutes or until pink. Add 1 tablespoon lime juice. Remove shrimp from pan.
    3. Add salsa to pan. Simmer 5 minutes to thicken. Stir in cilantro and remaining tablespoon of lime juice. Serve shrimp over salsa.
