Black Bean and Corn Chili
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs.||85%-lean ground beef|
|1||(1.25 oz) envelope Hy-Vee chili seasoning|
|1||(28 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes|
|1||(15 oz) can Mrs. Grimes black beans, rinsed and drained|
|1||(14.5 oz) can Green Giant corn, drained|
- Brown ground beef in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Drain well and return to saucepan.
- Stir in chili seasoning, tomatoes, beans, corn and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes.
