Scalloped Corn with Peppers and Bacon
Servings and Ingredients
|3 (15 oz each) cans cream-style corn|
|2 (15 oz each) cans whole kernel sweet corn|
|1 ½ c. chopped onion|
|1 green pepper, seeded and chopped|
|12 soda crackers, crumbled|
|1 lbs. bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled|
|sliced Velveeta cheese|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cream-style corn, kernel corn, onion, green pepper, crumbled soda crackers and cooked bacon in a large casserole dish. Cover with cheese slices.
- Bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
