    1 can(s) corn
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 ½ c. cracker crumbs, divided
    ¼ c. minced onion
    ¾ tsp. salt, optional
    1 dash(es) pepper
    ¼ c. butter, melted


    1. Heat corn and milk in saucepan.
    2. Gradually stir in egg.
    3. Add 1 c. cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
    4. Pour into 8-inch baking dish.
    5. Combine remaining 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
