Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
Servings and Ingredients
|5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed|
|½ tbsp. salt|
|1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup|
|1 c. milk|
|¼ c. margarine, melted|
|1 ½ lbs. ham, cubed|
|½ c. chopped onion|
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Salt boiling water and boil potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain. Place half the potatoes in a roaster.
- Combine soup, milk and margarine in a large bowl. Stir in ham and onions. Pour over the potatoes in the pan.
- Top with remaining potatoes and pour remaining sauce on top.
- Bake for 1-1/2 hours.
