Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

    5 lbs.potatoes, peeled and cubed
    ½ tbsp.salt
    1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
    1 c.milk
    ¼ c.margarine, melted
    1 ½ lbs.ham, cubed
    ½ c.chopped onion

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Salt boiling water and boil potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain. Place half the potatoes in a roaster.
    3. Combine soup, milk and margarine in a large bowl. Stir in ham and onions. Pour over the potatoes in the pan.
    4. Top with remaining potatoes and pour remaining sauce on top.
    5. Bake for 1-1/2 hours.
