Scalloped Corn 1
Servings and Ingredients
|1 c. margarine, melted|
|2 packet(s) Club crackers, crushed|
|1 can(s) cream-style corn|
|1 can(s) whole kernel corn, drained|
|⅓ c. milk|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine margarine and cracker crumbs.
- Combine corn, milk and egg together in a casserole dish. Stir in half of the cracker mixture. Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
