Twice-Baked Potatoes 1
Servings and Ingredients
|4 large potatoes, baked|
|1 ½ c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided|
|¼ c. Miracle Whip salad dressing|
|¼ c. milk|
|1 large egg|
|½ tsp. salt|
|¼ c. finely chopped onion|
|4 slice(s) bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled|
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides of potato, leaving an 1/8-inch shell.
- Combine scooped-out potato, 1 cup cheese, Miracle Whip, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Fill scooped-out shells.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, chopped onion and crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
