    4 large potatoes, baked
    1 ½ c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
    ¼ c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    ¼ c. milk
    1 large egg
    ½ tsp. salt
    ¼ c. sliced green onions
    4 slice(s) bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled

    Things To Grab


      1. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides of potato, leaving an 1/8-inch shell.
      2. Combine scooped-out potato, 1 cup cheese, Miracle Whip, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Fill scooped-out shells.
      3. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, green onions and crumbled bacon.

      4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
