    ¾ c. cornflake crumbs
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    ⅛ tsp. pepper
    4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    ½ c. butter, melted


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Combine cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper in a shallow dish, like a pie plate.
    3. Dip potato slices in melted butter and roll in crumb mixture. Place potatoes on a greased cookie sheet.
    4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
