Golden Parmesan Cheese Potatoes
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c. margarine or butter, melted|
|⅓ c. flour|
|⅓ c. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese|
|¾ tsp. salt|
|⅛ tsp. pepper|
|6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges|
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Pour melted margarine into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper on a large plate. Roll potato wedges in with flour/cheese mixture. Place in baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, turning once.
