½ c. margarine or butter, melted
⅓ c. flour
⅓ c. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Pour melted margarine into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper on a large plate. Roll potato wedges in with flour/cheese mixture. Place in baking dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, turning once.
