1 small onion, cut into rings, divided | ||
16 cherry tomatoes, divided |
Directions
- Brush salmon filets, on both sides, with olive oil.
- Place salmon, skin-side down, on a double-thickness of heavy-duty foil (a size of about 12 inches by 18 inches).
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over salmon, then top with onion and tomatoes.
- Fold foil over fish and seal tightly.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
