    1 lbs. salmon, cut into 4 fillets
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    1 ½ tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

    Directions

    1. Place salmon in the center of a 24-by-12-inch piece of aluminum foil. Set aside.
    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk in brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce. Pour over salmon.
    3. Bring opposite edges of foil together and seal tightly. Fold ends tightly.
    4. Grill salmon over medium heat for 10 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before carefully opening packet.
