    1 (1-1/4 lbs.) Pacific salmon fillet, skin on, thawed if frozen
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning
    Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    Desired sides, such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or rice pilaf

    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Paper towels
    • Fork
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack to medium heat (350 degrees). 

    2. Pat salmon paper towels. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and season with lemon pepper, salt, and pepper. 

    3. Place salmon, skin side down, and grill 10 minutes. Using a large spatula, carefully flip salmon. Grill an additional 10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork (145 degrees). 

    4. Carefully remove salmon from grill. Cut into 4 even portions. If desired, serve with grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or rice pilaf.
