Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack to medium heat (350 degrees).
Simple salmon: Check! All you need is some seasoning and a delicious salmon fillet.
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(1-1/4 lbs.) Pacific salmon fillet, skin on, thawed if frozen|
|2 tbsp.||Gustare Vita olive oil|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning|
|Hy-Vee ground black pepper|
|Desired sides, such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or rice pilaf|

- Meat thermometer
Pat salmon paper towels. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and season with lemon pepper, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon, skin side down, and grill 10 minutes. Using a large spatula, carefully flip salmon. Grill an additional 10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork (145 degrees).
Carefully remove salmon from grill. Cut into 4 even portions. If desired, serve with grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or rice pilaf.
