    ½ c. plus 1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 ¾ c. flour, divided
    ½ c. plus 2 tbsp sugar, divided
    4 c. chopped rhubarb
    6 tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 large egg

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. To make crust, combine 1/2 cup margarine, 1 cup flour and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pat into pie pan.
    3. Stir together rhubarb, 6 tablespoons flour, 2 cups sugar and egg. Pour into crust.
    4. Using a fork, stir together 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup flour and 1/3 cup butter. Sprinkle on filling.
    5. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 45 minutes, or until top browns.
