Rhubarb Cobbler

4 c. chopped rhubarb | ||
3 c. sugar, divided | ||
½ c. margarine, softened | ||
1 large egg, beaten | ||
1 c. flour | ||
1 tsp. baking powder | ||
½ c. milk |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine rhubarb and 2 cups sugar in a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Mix remaining 1 cup sugar, margarine, egg, flour, baking powder and milk together. Spread on top of rhubarb.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
