    5 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 small pkg strawberry Jell-O
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 packet(s) Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, plus ingredients from package directions


    1. Place rhubarb in a greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin. Cover with marshmallows. Set aside.
    2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour over other layers in pan.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    4. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
