Strawberry-Rhubarb Cake

3 c. miniature marshmallows | ||
1 packet(s) Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, plus ingredients from package directions |
Directions
- Place rhubarb in a greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin. Cover with marshmallows. Set aside.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour over other layers in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
