Rhubarb Cake 1

1 c. milk | ||
2 c. flour | ||

1 ½ c. finely chopped rhubarb | ||
½ c. sugar | ||
½ tsp. cinnamon |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
- Cream brown sugar and shortening. Beat in egg. Combine baking soda and milk and stir into wet ingredients. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in rhubarb. Spread in prepared pan.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top of cake.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
