Servings and Ingredients
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
|Red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
|Yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
|Red onion, cut into thin strips
|Radishes, cut into thin strips
|Snow peas, cut into thin strips
|Hot dog, grilled
|Hot dog bun, toasted
- Combine olive oil, white wine vinegar and sugar and toss with vegetables.
- Place grilled hot dog in toasted bun. Top with the vegetables.
