Servings and Ingredients
|3 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee sugar|
|Red bell pepper, cut into thin strips|
|Yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips|
|Red onion, cut into thin strips|
|Radishes, cut into thin strips|
|Snow peas, cut into thin strips|
|Hot dog, grilled|
|Hot dog bun, toasted|
- Combine olive oil, white wine vinegar and sugar and toss with vegetables.
- Place grilled hot dog in toasted bun. Top with the vegetables.
