Directions
- Place grilled hot dog in toasted bun. Top with Guacamole and thin slices of fresh jalapeno pepper slices.
- To make guacamole: Seed a ripe avocado. Mash avocado flesh with lemon juice and cumin. Stir in sweet corn, chopped tomato and chopped red onion.
