We say this one's for kids, but who doesn't love peanut butter and banana? Try using whole-wheat tortillas and other fruit toppings such as blueberries or sliced strawberries for an even healthier snack.
Servings and Ingredients
|¾ c. peanut butter
|2 tbsp. honey
|4 6-inch flour tortillas
|2 small bananas
- Stir peanut butter and honey together. Spread on tortilla.
- Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Place 1 banana half into each tortilla.
- Top with condiments, if desired, chopped peanuts, etc.
- Roll tortilla up and chow down!
