2 tsp. chili powder | ||
½ tsp. garlic powder | ||

2 c. water | ||
whole wheat buns or baked potatoes, for serving |
Directions
- Saute onion in oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add tempeh and stir-fry for 5 minutes longer.
- Reduce heat. Add chili powder, garlic powder, salt, tomato paste and water.
- Simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm, on whole-wheat buns or on top of baked potatoes.
