All-Day Sloppy Joes
Servings and Ingredients
|2 lbs. lean ground beef|
|1 (10.75 oz) can light chicken gumbo soup|
|⅓ c. firmly packed Hy-Vee light brown sugar|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee ketchup|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee prepared mustard|
|8 Hy-Vee whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted|
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and place in a slow cooker.
- Stir in soup, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 hours.
- Serve on buns.
