1 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz) can gluten-free tomato sauce
⅓ c. milk
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans

Directions

  1. Saute ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans.
  3. Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
