    ¾ c. flour
    ¼ tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tbsp. butter, softened
    1 (3 oz) pkg cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
    ½ c. milk
    1 large egg
    1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches, drained and 3 tablespoons liquid reserved
    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    ¼ c. sugar
    1 tbsp. sugar
    ⅓ c. chopped nuts
    ½ tsp. cinnamon


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch-square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and butter. Add pudding mix, milk and egg; beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Top with peach slices.
    3. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and reserved peach juice until smooth. Spoon over batter leaving 1-inch border around edge.
    4. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter.
    5. Bake for 30 minutes.
