    1 c. oil
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    ½ tsp. salt
    2 c. blueberries or 1 bag frozen blueberries
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    ½ c. butter, melted


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a 13-by-9-inch baking pan; set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, stir together oil, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan.
    3. Combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter. Drizzle with melted butter.
    4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
