    		2 loaves party rye bread
    		butter, softened
    		1 packet(s) dried beef, cut into quarters
    		16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
    		3 slice(s) Swiss cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Butter one slice of bread. Top with dried beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Top with another slice of bread. Place on a baking sheet.
    3. Repeat using remaining bread, beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
    4. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted.
