2 (8 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
1 (1 oz) pkg ranch dressing mix
⅓ c. finely chopped deli-sliced ham
⅓ c. finely chopped red bell pepper
⅓ c. finely chopped celery
¼ c. thinly sliced green onions
3 tbsp. coarsely chopped Hy-Vee manzanilla olives
5 Hy-Vee burrito-sized flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Beat together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Fold in ham, red bell pepper, celery, green onions and olives.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. To serve, slice each tortilla into eighteen 1/2-inch pieces.
