1 | (1 oz) pkg ranch dressing mix | |
⅓ c. | finely chopped deli-sliced ham | |
⅓ c. | finely chopped red bell pepper | |
⅓ c. | finely chopped celery | |
¼ c. | thinly sliced green onions | |
3 tbsp. | coarsely chopped Hy-Vee manzanilla olives | |
5 | Hy-Vee burrito-sized flour tortillas |
Directions
- Beat together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Fold in ham, red bell pepper, celery, green onions and olives.
- Spread 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- To serve, slice each tortilla into eighteen 1/2-inch pieces.
