Tangy Party Meatballs
Servings and Ingredients
|2 (12 oz each) bags Hy-Vee frozen beef meatballs|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee ketchup|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee white vinegar|
|⅓ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
- Place meatballs in a greased slow-cooker.
- In a medium bowl, stir ketchup, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar until combined.
- Pour over meatballs and stir to coat. Cook on LOW for at least 3 hours or on HIGH for 2 hours or until internal temperature of meatballs reach 165 degrees.
