½ c. Dole pineapple juice
¼ c. honey
1 tsp. grated lime peel
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. rum or 1 tsp rum extract
2 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 medium orange, peeled and sliced
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
1 medium apple, cored and chunked
1 c. halved strawberries


  1. Combine pineapple juice, honey, lime peel, lime juice and rum (or rum extract) for dressing.
  2. In a bowl, combine kiwi, oranges, bananas, apples and strawberries. Pour dressing ingredients over fruit.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
