Make Oatmeal: Combine oatmilk and creamer in in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in the oatmeal, flax seed, cooked quinoa (optional), and cinnamon. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot oatmeal topped with Dragon Fruit and Apple Compote. Top with granola, if desired.
