    For the patties:
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee ground beef
    For Greek Sliders:
    8 lettuce leaves
    8 Hy-Vee slider buns
    8 oz. Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 red onion, sliced
    1 cucumber, sliced
    For Fiesta Sliders:
    Shredded lettuce
    8 Hy-Vee slider buns
    8 slice(s) pepper Jack cheese, halved
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    For Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders:
    8 lettuce leaves
    8 Hy-Vee slider buns
    8 American cheese singles, halved
    ½ c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce
    8 oz. cooked bacon, broken into 2- to 3-inch pieces

    Directions

    1. Divide ground beef into eight 2-ounce patties. In a large skillet, cook sliders over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
    2. For Greek Sliders, place a lettuce leaf on bottom bun, followed by cooked slider patty. Combine yogurt, dill, black pepper and garlic and divide evenly among patties. Top sliders with red onion, cucumber and top bun.
    3. For Fiesta Sliders, place shredded lettuce on bottom bun, followed by cooked slider patty. Lay two cheese slice halves across each other on top of patty, top with avocado, diced bell peppers and top bun.
    4. For Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders, place a lettuce leaf on bottom bun, followed by cooked slider patty. Lay two cheese slice halves across each other on top of patty, barbecue sauce, 2 or 3 bacon pieces and top bun.
