|1 ½ lbs. Hy-Vee bacon, uncooked|
|1 ½ lbs. 93% lean ground beef|
|1 c. soft bread crumbs, about 2 bread slices|
|4 tsp. Hy-Vee spicy brown mustard|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee onion powder|
|16 Hy-Vee bakery cocktail buns|
|Assorted toppings: curly leaf lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, sliced cheddar or American cheese, curly leaf lettuce, tomato slices, Hy-Vee mayonnaise, Hy-Vee stone ground mustard, sliced Cheddar or American cheese|

- Charcoal, gas grill, or large skillet
- Meat thermometer
- In a food processor, working in 2 batches, process half the bacon until almost smooth. Add half the beef, bread crumbs, mustard and onion powder; process until well mixed. Repeat with remaining half of slider ingredients.
- Shape into 16 (4-inch diameter) patties about 3/8-inch thick. Grill or fry about 4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Serve on buns with assorted toppings.
