    1 (13.25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee ALA omega-3 angel hair pasta
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breasts, sliced diagonally
    1 (8 1/2-oz) jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained, julienned
    2 tbsp. minced garlic
    ¼ c. fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
    1 (8.5 oz) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and quartered
    ½ c. Kalamata olives, pitted
    6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
    ¼ c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste


    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken strips for 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
    3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and garlic to skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes.
    4. Add the basil, artichoke hearts, olives and feta cheese to the skillet. Sauté 1 minute then stir in the cream.
    5. Transfer pasta to a large pasta bowl. Add the chicken sauté to the pasta and toss. Season with oregano, salt and pepper before serving.
