    1 (12 oz) pkg reduced-carb angel hair pasta, uncooked
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ¾ c. julienned yellow onions
    ¾ c. julienned carrots
    ¾ c. small broccoli florets
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    ½ c. fresh basil, chopped
    ¾ c. pea pods, julienned
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste
    ¼ c. shredded Hy-Vee Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Heat olive oil in large sauté pan. Sauté onions, carrots, broccoli and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    3. Add chicken broth and basil. Simmer 3 minutes.
    4. Add hot pasta, pea pods, butter, salt and pepper.
    5. Toss all ingredients together until well blended and heated through.
    6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
