Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 18 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked pasta, tossing to coat. Divide pasta among prepared muffin tins, twisting pasta to form nest. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until just turning golden brown.
Remove nests from muffin tin and top with warmed Alfredo sauce, bacon bits and basil.
