Servings and Ingredients
|3 tbsp.||Hy-Vee light Italian salad dressing, divided|
|1 ¼ lbs.||sirloin steak, cut into strips|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper to taste|
|1||red bell pepper, cut into strips|
|1 c.||sliced fresh mushrooms|
|¼ c.||chopped green onion|
|8 oz.||Hy-Vee angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions|
|Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese, if desired|
- In a large skillet, combine 2 tablespoons dressing, steak and garlic over medium-high heat. Stir fry 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan and keep warm. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour off liquid from skillet. Add 1 tablespoon dressing, red bell pepper, mushrooms and green onion to skillet. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
- Stir in steak.
- Place cooked pasta on a serving platter. Top with steak and vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
