c.paprika
3 tbsp.ground oregano
3 tbsp.ground coriander
3 tbsp.dry mustard
1 tbsp.ground cumin
1 tbsp.kosher salt
1 tbsp.ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine chili powder, paprika, oregano, coriander, dry mustard, ground cumin, kosher salt and ground black pepper and store in an airtight container.
  2. Try 1 to 2 tablespoons of rub per pound of meat.
