Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine ground beef, rice, eggs, salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper, mixing well. Add about one-fourth of the tomato sauce and mix thoroughly. Form into meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches.
- Place meatballs in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Combine remaining tomato sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour over meatballs.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
