Sweet and Spicy Meatballs
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|½ c. Hy-Vee cherry cola|
|3 jalapeños, seeded and chopped|
|1 (14 oz) pkg Armour original meatballs|
- In a skillet or saucepan, mix brown sugar, cherry cola and jalapenos. Bring to a light boil over medium heat. Continue to boil 7 to 10 minutes, or until sauce begins to thicken.
- Meanwhile, cook meatballs according to package directions. Add to glaze mixture, tossing to coat and serve.
