    		2 slice(s) Hy-Vee Swiss cheese
    		2 slice(s) Hy-Vee deli Virginia ham
    		Hot dog, grilled
    		Hy-Vee stone-ground Dijon mustard

    Directions

    1. Line the toasted hoagie with Swiss cheese and deli Virginia ham. Place grilled hot dog in hoagie. Place sandwich on grill rack to melt cheese. Remove from grill; serve with stone-ground Dijon mustard.
