    4 (8-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    4 tbsp. chopped green onion, divided
    ¼ lbs. Di Lusso sliced ham, chopped, divided
    4 slice(s) crumbled, cooked Hy-Vee bacon
    Hy-Vee mustard, optional
    4 c. carrot chips
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee ranch vegetable dip

    Directions

    1. Place one tortilla on a large greased skillet over medium heat.
    2. Top tortilla with 1 tablespoon Swiss, 1 tablespoon green onion, 3 tablespoons ham, 1 tablespoon bacon and an additional tablespoon Swiss.
    3. Fold tortilla over and cook until golden on both sides, turning once. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    4. Serve warm with mustard, if desired, and carrots and dip.
