    1 c. (10-oz.) can Hy-Vee condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (28-oz.) pkg. That’s Smart! country-style hash browns
    ½ (16-oz.) pkg. That’s Smart! cooked ham, chopped
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded Swiss cheese
    ½ yellow onion, chopped
    2 c. That’s Smart! corn flakes cereal, crushed
    2 tbsp. That’s Smart! salted butter

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, fold together sour cream, soup, potatoes, ham, cheese, and onion.  

    2. In a small bowl, mix together crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered 50 to 55 minutes or until heated through (165 degrees).
