    3 tbsp.packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tbsp.stone-ground mustard
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee soy sauce
    1 tsp.rice vinegar
    4(5 oz each) salmon fillets

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir until blended.
    2. Place salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag. Add brown sugar mixture to bag. Seal bag and turn several times to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
    3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place salmon skin-side-down in greased baking dish.
    4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
