    ½ c.Hy-Vee steak sauce
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee garlic powder
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee lemon pepper
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee prepared orange juice
    6(4 oz each) salmon fillets

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl combine steak sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar, lemon pepper and orange juice.
    2. Add fish to steak sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    3. Preheat broiler.
    4. Discard marinade and broil fillets, skin-side-down 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
