    Place a cookie cutter on a wheel of brie and fill the inside with cranberry chutney for a festive, holiday effect.

    1 (12 oz) bag cranberries
    1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee sugar
    ¾ c. water
    1 large apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    ¼ tsp. ground cloves
    Brie cheese and Hy-Vee crackers, for serving


    1. Combine cranberries, sugar, water, apples, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or fruit has softened and chutney has thickened. Cool completely.
    2. Serve over Brie cheese with crackers, if desired.
