|⅓ c. Hy-Vee apricot preserves|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries|
|3 tbsp. water|
|2 tsp. Gustare Vita balsamic vinegar|
|1 tsp. grated fresh ginger|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped English walnuts|
|1 (8-oz.) round Brie cheese|
|Assorted cracker or wafer cookies, for serving|

Cook over low heat 4 minutes or until the mixture begins to simmer. Remove from heat; Cover with lid. Let stand 4 minutes. Stir in walnuts.
Place Brie cheese in a small baking dish. Spoon fruit mixture over cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until interior of cheese is soft. Serve with crackers or wafer cookies.
